Our standard rates of £60 + VAT for plumbing and £70 + VAT for heating and gas repair apply for any work carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have an emergency situation and the repairs just can’t wait, no problem. We charge £90 + VAT per hour for “out-of-hours” and weekends. Any work replacement parts required are sold to you at trade price +10% (which is often less than RRP), and we will always tell you what the cost will be first, so there will never be any nasty surprises.
