Vello are based in London offering an efficient repair service within Zone 1 and most of Zone 2.
In an emergency, we can reach you within the hour.
We deal with emergencies, repairs and Gas Safe certification. Anything to do with boilers, central heating or plumbing. We also offer a general handyman service to help out with things like fitting fire alarms, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. We offer a one year warranty on all our work, whatever we do.
We are qualified plumbers and certified CIPHE engineers, so we know what we’re doing.

We know that you have better things to do than wait around for an engineer. We will get to you as quickly as we can and always by the time we say we will. We even often offer a two-hour window when you book your slot, so you are not hanging around all day waiting for us to turn up.

Value for money
We offer a flat fee of £60 + VAT per hour for plumbing repairs, £70 + VAT per hour for boiler problems and gas safe certification, and £90 + VAT per hour for emergency jobs. We also provide all materials at trade price + 10%, which is often cheaper than RRP!
Knowhow
Vello’s expertise is key to our reputation and that’s why a Vello plumber is always highly experienced and trained in repairing all sorts of household plumbing problems. Our engineers are fully qualified, Gas Safe registered and members of CIPHE.
What qualifications do our engineers have?
Our engineers are all Gas Safe registered (please note that the Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI registration in April 2009) and members of CIPHE.
Vello also offers emergency assistance and, in most cases, we will get to you within the hour – we can even instruct you on the phone on certain steps you can take to minimise damage, such as finding and turning off the stopcock.
We have experience with lots of different emergencies, from fixing a burst pipe, to finding the cause of central heating problems or repairing a boiler than won’t provide hot water.
Our rate for emergencies is £90+VAT per hour, which makes us one of the cheapest emergency plumbers and boiler repairs companies in London.

Vello provide a broad range of handyman, plumbing, boiler repair and central heating services, including emergency response. Just tell us what the issue is and we’ll do our very best to fix it.
You may be interested to hear about our handyman service. Not only do we supply and fit fire alarms, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide (CO) detectors, but we can help you out with building flat pack furniture, grouting your bathroom tiles, putting up shelving, and so on.
Once you contact us, in most situations, we are able to get to you within 4 to 6 hours – if it’s an emergency, we’ll try our best to come over straight away. We also offer a two-hour window when you book a slot with us, so you don’t have to worry about waiting around all day for us to turn up.
